Please wear as tight a fitting top as youre comfortable in and bottoms tight to where they end. For ladies leggings work best and athletic shorts with a brief liner under work best for our men.
We do not require socks in our studio and if you would prefer to have something on your feet we do require those socks to have separated toes and stickies on the soles.
Everything else you need we will have for you!
